We are not responsible for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any data or information provided by users.
4. Product Usage
MACROKINGZ sells memberships that grant access to our software, which remains our property. Our software is intended for private, playful purposes, such as use on private servers with friends. Users are solely responsible for any misuse of our software in violation of game developer agreements, terms of service, or other laws. We are not liable for any bans, account suspensions, or damages resulting from the use of our software on public servers or in violation of any third-party agreements.
Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime licenses refer to the lifetime of the MACROKINGZ website, not the user’s lifetime. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued if the site ceases operations or becomes unable to provide content updates for any reason.
5. Online Conduct and Cheating
You are responsible for all actions taken through your account on MACROKINGZ. Any behavior that violates these Terms, endangers others, or disrupts our community will result in account termination without notice. Additionally, cheating in online games may violate End User License Agreements (EULAs) of those games. MACROKINGZ is not responsible for any game account bans or other damages caused by using our software in violation of game developer policies.
6. Payment and Fraud
Any fraudulent activity or unauthorized charges made to an account will result in immediate account termination, and legal action may be taken. Sharing or reselling your MACROKINGZ account is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent termination.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted if the product has not been downloaded or used. We have a robust tracking system in place to verify product usage. Once a product is downloaded or activated, no refund will be issued. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for purchases made using Paysafecard.
8. Software Authentication and Security
Any attempt to tamper with or bypass the security mechanisms of our software will result in account suspension or termination, and legal action may be pursued. Users agree to respect all authentication and security procedures implemented by MACROKINGZ.
9. User Conduct
Users must ensure that any content or behavior on the MACROKINGZ platform does not violate any local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, or privacy laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Distributing harmful, unlawful, or offensive content.
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity.
